Technical aspect

• Ergos is fully computerized and consists of five test units.
• The system is driven and controlled by a local area network that features five on-line computers to a remote master station.
• The master station assembles and stores all test data from each of the five test units.
• A report generator features a combination of narrative and graphic presentation of the test results.
• Immediate feedback can be given to the evaluator and/or the evaluee through a colour instructional monitor.
• Ergos provides standardized instructions graphically, orally and in written form.
• Bar code scanning technology allows the evaluator to record standardized observation easily.
